Griham in collaboration with OmShaadiway Pvt.Ltd & HDFC Homes Pvt.Ltd. introduces the following services for our Distributors who can provide it to their valuable customers

            Company has decided to provide special benefits for the Distributors who Join us before 31^st December 2011. i.e. As a distributor charge, company charges a distributor fee of an amount of Rs. 10,000/- and in return he gets 14,000/- as a portal limit to perform the various online jobs. Hence, a distributor indirectly pays nothing to become Distributor of the Company and also get an extra benefit of Rs. 4000/- as a limit which can be encashed by providing the above services to the customer’s.

This scheme of providing the extra limit of Rs. 4,000/- on every 10,000/- will be effective till 31^st December 2011 only.

After that our distributors will get 2.5% extra as their benefit or income on every limit they take.

Your Minimum Earnings

2. Air Ticket : By providing this facility to your customer’s, if you book just one air ticket per day in an average for a month and charge Rs. 500/PNR as agent service charge, then you can make upto Rs.15,000/- from this service.                           i.e. Rs.500 x 1 tickets x 30 days =                  Rs.15,000/- (per month)

3. Mobile/DTH recharges: By providing this facility to your customer’s, you can perform any type of recharges and in return u get 2% commission on all recharges. If you do recharges of approx. Rs.5,000/- per day then 2% of 5000 is Rs.100/- per day.      i.e. Rs.100 x 30 days =            Rs.3,000/- (per month)

4. Bulk SMS : By providing this facility to your customer’s, you can perform or send promotional sms, greetings, advertisements etc messages to the mobile phones with selected database for your customers. To provide this service you charge 4 to 5 paise per sms as your profit. If you sale approx. 1 lakh sms per month then your profit is 5lakh paise.                         i.e. Rs. 5000/-(per month)

5. Tour packages : Tour Packages are provided to our Distributors with a minimum margin of Rs. 1000/- per Package. It is up to the distributors on what price they sell it. Approx. if 5 tour pack is sold then one can earn minimum upto                                                                                    Rs.5000/- (per month)

6. Property dealer : As a property dealer you get flat 2% of all the registration fees that you generate online.

7. Shopping mall : As a shopping mall agent you get flat 2% of all the registration fees that you generate online.

8. Jobs/Employment : As an employment consultant you get flat 2% of all the registration fees that you generate online, both for seeking jobs and providing jobs.

9. Hotel Booking : Our distributors can book hotels in India and outside India and will get commission of about Rs.500/ booking.

11. Architecture : By using this affiliate referral programme our distributors has to just refer customers who are willing to deal with any type of architectural works and earns the referral income which is described as below:

Our Fee details :

a)Planning and Passing     @ Rs 2.5/ Sq.ft for residential upto G+2 building

@ Rs 4.0/ Sq.ft for residential above G+2 and commercial Building

b) Working Drawing            @ Rs 4/ Sq. ft for residential building

                                                                        @ Rs 5/ Sq. ft for commercial building

                c) Interior and Exterior Design @ as per requirements

Your referral income : Rs. 0.50/Sq.ft. on all the above deals

Your Minimum income: A person is referred by you who want to build a house in minimum of 800 Sq.ft area up to G+2.

                                                       So, total built-up area will be 800 x 3 = 2400 Sq.ft.

Incentive income @ Rs. 0.5/Sq.ft = 2400 x 0.5 = 1,200/-

12. Home Loans : By using this affiliate referral programme our distributors has to just refer customers who are willing to take home loans for building their dream home. We take no service charge for this service but we provide 0.10% of the total reimbursement amount as referral income to our distributors for referring customers to us.

Your Minimum income: If a person referred by you gets his home loan sanctioned of about Rs.10 lakhs then your referral income will be  0.10% of 10,00,000/- =  Rs.1000/-

Now, if you generate minimum 10 referrals in a month of Rs. 10lakhs each then

13. Website Development : By using this affiliate referral programme our distributors has to just refer customers who are willing to have their own website and earn their referral income. Our distributor gets Rs. 1000/- as referral income for each website. So, if 10 customers are referred in a month for website building then your referral income is            Rs. 10,000/- (per month)

14. Education: By using this affiliate referral programme our distributors has to just refer students/people who are willing to complete their education or want to have distance education in any stream and earn Rs.1000/- per student as referral income. So, if 10 students are referred in a month for admission to any distance course then your referral income is                  Rs. 10,000/- (per month)

Therefore, if we add all the minimum income we get,

( Air Ticket + Mobile/DTH + Bulk SMS + Tour packages + Architecture + Home Loans + Website Development + Education)

 NOTE: All the above calculation is the minimum calculation only, it is also to be note that the income of Property dealer, Shopping mall, Jobs/Employment, Hotel Booking and Matrimonial has not been added.
